Dress for Success NSW & ACT is a not-for-profit that empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire, and career development tools to help them thrive in work and life. Our services help women enter or return to the workforce at no cost to those who need them.
Dress for Success NSW & ACT’s Western Sydney boutique opened in March 2025, extending our reach to support women across the region. Every year, we help thousands of women through our signature styling service and career support offerings. Since opening, demand for our services in Western Sydney has continued to grow, reflecting the increasing need for employment support in the community.
Whether preparing for a job interview, starting a new role, or taking the next step in their career, our Western Sydney boutique is here to ensure every woman has the support she needs to move forward with confidence.

What to Donate
To help the women we serve, we welcome high-quality, new or ‘as new’ women’s clothing, shoes, and accessories. Your donations support women on their journey to employment and also help stock our fundraising fashion sales. Think stylish, work-ready pieces or items that make you feel special — the kind you'd proudly pass on to a friend.
Most needed items include:

Contemporary clothing for all industries and work settings (including casual and virtual-ready styles)

Designer and luxury labels, both on-trend and timeless

High-quality handbags, shoes (new or near new), and accessories

Costume or designer jewellery in excellent condition

All sizes welcome, with a particular need for size 16 and above
To support our sustainable styling approach, we kindly ask for clean, good-condition items only and no discount brands.
