Dress for Success’ mission is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire, and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life, all for free.
As a Dress Circle member, you will join an inspiring cohort of women supporting women and directly contribute to empowering our clients on their journey to a brighter more independent future.
About the Dress Circle
Dress for Success NSW & ACT's Dress Circle is an exclusive giving program dedicated to strengthening the invaluable support we provide to women in metropolitan, regional and rural areas of the state and territory.
An annual donation of $2,000* directly supports women on their journey to a more positive, sustainable life.
All of our services and the Career Hub are available free to women in need, and your generous donation will go a long way to helping empower them to a brighter and more independent future. These women will each receive our initial Styling Session for their job interview, a 'Got the Job’ capsule wardrobe once they are working, as well as 24/7 access to our online Career Hub.
Our services support our vision of a world where a woman's life experience no longer means her unemployment. Our clients come from a range of such experiences including women who have been unwell and unable to work; raising children and re-entering the workforce; starting their career journey; going for a promotion; trauma and domestic violence survivors; to transgender and non-binary. We meet our clients where they are in their life stage and assist them to feel more confident and empowered to thrive in a career and in life.
Our Dress Circle donors' annual support enables us to keep our services accessible to all women seeking employment and a more confident future.
The support we offer our clients includes resume drafting support, interview preparation, access to digital career support workshops and webinars, one-on-one Career Coaching, and interview and work appropriate clothing.
Together, we can transform lives, one outfit at a time.
Leveling the playing field for women entering or re-entering the workforce
Join us to support more than 2,500 women every year across New South Wales and ACT into employment.
Our signature Styling services, and online interactive Career Hub aim to help women overcome bias and discrimination when entering or re-entering the workforce - at no cost to the women needing our services.
