This February, we’re proud to announce the opening of Dress for Success Western Sydney, a vibrant new hub located in Penrith will be dedicated to empowering women into employment across Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains.

From free in-person styling sessions to career support and invaluable resources, this transformative space will help women build confidence, unlock opportunities, and take bold steps toward securing meaningful employment, advancing their careers, and transforming their lives.

With branches in Sydney, Illawarra and Newcastle-Hunter, and soon in Penrith; each year Dress for Success NSW & ACT supports more than 3,000 women into employment across New South Wales. Our signature Styling service and suite of Career Support offerings aim to help women overcome bias and discrimination when entering or re-entering the workforce - at no cost to the women needing our services.

Pre-loved fashion sales

We operate a sustainable clothing model where donated items are used to provide beautiful outfits to our Clients to support them on their journey to employment. Where the donation is surplus to current needs or not suitable for the occasion, we recycle the item via a series of vital fundraising fashion sales.
