Meet Irina

Irina, a mother of two, had been striving to re-enter the workforce for a long time. Although she had studied Information Technology in Sydney, breaking into the industry was challenging—especially with English as her second language and a non-technical background. After a career break, she struggled with job applications, crafting an effective resume, and preparing for interviews in a highly competitive field.

That’s when a friend introduced her to Dress for Success. Looking for professional styling, career guidance, and job search support, Irina decided to give it a go.

From the moment she arrived at the Summer Hill boutique, Irina felt supported.
