Dress for Success NSW & ACT is a not-for-profit organisation that empowers women to achieve economic independence. We provide a network of support, professional attire and practical development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. Our services offer lasting solutions that help women overcome barriers to employment and build stronger, more independent futures.
Our Illawarra boutique has been supporting the local community since 2017. Each year, we assist hundreds of women through our signature Styling service and a range of personalised Career Support programs. All of our services are offered at no cost to the women who need them.

What to Donate
To help the women we serve, we welcome high-quality, new or ‘as new’ women’s clothing, shoes, and accessories. Your donations support women on their journey to employment and also help stock our fundraising fashion sales. Think stylish, work-ready pieces or items that make you feel special — the kind you'd proudly pass on to a friend.
Most needed items include:
