We’re excited to share that Cuscal is hosting a clothing drive in support of Dress for Success — a not‑for‑profit organisation doing incredible work to help women step into employment with confidence and dignity.
Who is Dress for Success?
Dress for Success is a volunteer‑powered charity that supports women to achieve economic independence. They provide free professional clothing, styling services and career support to women who are preparing for job interviews, starting new roles, or returning to the workforce.
Each year, Dress for Success supports more than 3,000 women across NSW, helping them overcome barriers such as financial hardship, career disruption and bias — all while promoting sustainability through the reuse of high‑quality, pre‑loved clothing.
Why it matters
For many women, the right outfit can be the difference between feeling uncertain and walking into an interview with confidence. By donating quality workwear, we’re helping women present themselves professionally, feel empowered, and take meaningful steps towards financial independence.
How you can help: Our Clothing Drive
To mark International's Women's Day 2026, bringing this year's global IWD theme, "Give to Gain", to life in a practical and meaningful way,we’ll be hosting a Dress for Success “Drive It” Clothing Drive, inviting our people to donate gently‑used, work‑appropriate clothing and accessories that can be styled directly onto DFS clients or used to fund vital services.
